Sanjaya describes Arjuna overwhelmed by grief as Krishna prepares to respond.

Everyday reflection

Before answering a difficult message, pause. Name what happened, what you feel, and the responsibility that remains. A pause can give understanding a chance to guide the reply.

Consider today: Name what feels difficult before looking for an answer.
